The Student Room Group

I've sent the evidence through mail and something unexpected is going on

It's not about the evidence coming back to me through mail, it's about my whole application I'm worried about.

After I've sent my passport as an evidence, in the website on my undergraduate student finance application it has said 'Received', now after 2 days have passed, when I click on 'Undergraduate student finance applications' I can only:
See my reference number
View applications for student finance I made before 2018
View or manage my repayments online if I've already started repaying my student loan

Please can you tell me what does it mean and do I have to worry? If yes then what are the next steps I should take?

Hi there,

Applications can take 6-8 weeks to process once we have have everything from you. If you have recently sent ID to us, this is currently taking 9 working days. If you have sent originally ID we will email you with tracking number to confirm it being returned to you.

Thanks,
Claire

Is it normal that I cannot see anything about my application though?

When did you make it? Have you applied for undergraduate or postgraduate? Did you apply as a home student?

Thanks,
Claire

I sent my passport around 2-3 weeks ago I applied undergraduate, it's in the original post, i applied as a home student, if I receive my passport back is none of my concerns it's coming to me on 11th of July.
My concern is why can't i see anything on the website except for:
1 my reference number
2 applications for student finance I made before 2018
3 manage my repayments online if I've already started repaying my student loan
And what am I supposed to worry about if there's anything to worry about

Are you using a phone/tablet/ipad?
Did you post the application to us or make it online?

Thanks,
Claire

I'm using a personal computer, did it online
Same thing happens on other devices if that's what you're asking

If you made the application online for 24/25 and can't see this when you login, you will need to call us on 0300 100 0607 so we can check this for you.

Thanks,
Claire
