Student finance martial status mistake

Hi,
I don't actually remember doing this or I pressed it by mistake but I put that my parents were separated but they aren't. Now student finance is asking for evidence. Now I don't know what to do.
Another thing is my brother has sent in his application for his second year and has got the maximum amount available while I've only been sent the minimum

HI Hayyan,

We would need a letter confirming the mistake and your parents to complete the PFF2 Form found here Assessment of Financial Circumstances For parents and partners of students (slc.co.uk)

You can then upload this online on your account under the evidence upload option.

Thanks,
Claire

Hi Claire,
Just for some information how would I go about writing this letter and can I send it online or do I have to post it. Thanks for your help.

Hi Hayyan,

The letter can be a normal word document that you can upload with the PFF2.

Also, yes - feel free to upload both on your account. Once you do please check your account and e-mails for any updates.

Thanks, Graeme
