Coventry University accommodation recommendations

Hi, I'm starting Coventry in September for a history course and wondered which accommodation people recommend? I'd prefer an ensuite and something reasonably close to the university itself as would be walking everywhere but there seems to be so many options to choose from!

Hi there,

There are quite a few student accommodations that are within walking distance from Coventry University. I would recommend staying at Canvas Coventry Arundel House as it is a 1-minute walk from the library and would be convenient if you're doing some late-night studying! It is also a 5-minute walk to the city centre which is always advantageous. They also have great amenities such as a pool table, ping pong table and much more! I have attached the link to it below so that you can find out more:

I hope this helps and do let me know if you need any more help or advice.

Kind regards,
Roshan

Hi there - my daughter is in her second year doing history at Cov and she loves it. Have you found a place yet? If not I have an en suite deluxe studio apartment in Code on Fairfax Street available as my daughter booked it but now wants to live with her boyfriend. I have paid the deposit already (which the new tenant can keep). If you're interested at all please let me know.

Hi there - I recommend Code, Fairfax Street - my daughter is in her 3rd year - also studying History and she found it a great location to get all over campus - plus it’s - about a 3 minute walk from the new humanities building.
She now wants to move in with her boyfriend and had signed up for a room there again so we don’t need the room.
If you’re interested please let me know as I’ve already paid the deposit for 2024/25 and happy to give the new tenant. My daughter would probably also be happy to speak to you about her experience at Coventry and living there if you’d like to speak to someone. Cheers

Hi there,
There's plenty accommodation to choose from in Coventry, depending on what your priorities are. I'd recommend checking out The Oaks. Unfortunately, ensuites are currently sold out but you can join the waiting list!

Sorry this is so late!
I went with AXO Paradise Student Village. It was nice and modern, big kitchen shared between 8, gym and cinema room on site and only a 5 min walk from uni, all en-suite and one of the cheapest i found!
