Student finance - parent's details still showing as "awaiting"

Hi, really stressed right now because on my student finance dashboard it's still showing my dad's details as "not complete" even though he's done everything he can on the website.

My application status is "processing application" and it said it would take 6-8 weeks to process, but it's coming to the end of the 8 weeks as I started it in May.

Without the finance I won't be able to afford to go to uni and have already put in deposit for accommodation etc. Really need this sorted. Any help would be great :smile:

Hi there,

Did your dad support your application on his online account or did he upload a PFF2 form? When did he support the application and have we asked for any further evidence on your online account?

Hiya, he did it online rather than the pff2 form. He supported the application within a few days of me starting it myself. I don’t think any further evidence has been requested, it just says it’s awaiting his information

Thanks, we're currently processing PFF2 forms in around 24 working days.

So, it's likely you'll hear back soon, but just to check: on what date did you upload the PFF2?

He didn’t upload the PFF2, he did it on the gov.uk gateway. It says awaiting information but when he checks it says something about HMRC
