Applying to university in Australia as someone from the UK!

Hi, I’m 17 (currently in Year 12) and want to apply to university in Australia (for dentistry). I’m slightly confused on when i should apply as the system is quite different to England. Australian universities don’t accept A level predicted grades do they? So I would have to wait until i receive my final A level results in August to apply (right?). However, isn’t the deadline to apply to universities in Australia around July time? Or is there a different deadline for international students? Also in England, medicine or dentistry applicants usually apply earlier than people applying to other courses (they’re classed as early applicants). Is this the case in Australia too? If anyone has any idea or information please give me some advice!
