UCL/imperial medicine with mid predicted grades??

I got AAA in my UCAS exams and it looks like I am going to be predicted AAA too. I have already talked to biology and they are not budging AT ALL. it is really frustrating because lots of people cheated in them (teachers said around 75% of the year group) because the exam was the 2023 as level paper so people bought the locked paper and memorised the mark scheme. this also happened for biology. I know that I can get A* in biology and chemistry especially but I got As because the cheating has inflated the grade boundaries by A LOT. I am going to live at home so I can only apply to London med schools, which generally have higher requirements so I really need at least one A*. does anyone have any advice on how to raise my predicted for chemistry or maths? but preferably chemistry since UCL need an A* in the subject. my gcses are 9999998885 which I was happy with but now idk if there's any point of applying to top unis w my mid grades. Thanks!

You need to talk to your teachers to find out what sort of improvements and work they would expect to see from you over the holidays for them to be convinced that you're now on track for an A* grade.
And then you need to actually DO that work over the holidays to demonstrate to them (and yourself) that you're on track for an A* grade.

thank you so much for your advice but I have already asked this and approached my teachers. they have all said that they do not want any work done over the summer and will not offer early applicants the chance to re-sit any exams. however the head of my sixth form has said she'll give me an A* in any subject as long as I achieve 2850 in the UCAT or two A*s for 3000. I am really worried especially because I am scoring around 2400 at the moment and my UCAT exam is only in a few weeks.
