hey! i'm a 23M looking to find an accommodation as my postgraduation september intake so i just wanted to share flat or rent a place near to the uni any suggestion would be helpful.

Hi,
We had booked Classic Shared Apartment - Shared Bathroom student accommodation in Piccadilly Place Bath for 2024-25 starting Sep 14th. This property is shared 4 bedroom apartment with individual rooms for each.
We do not need the room and are looking to find replacement to take the room. If you are interested, please let me know.
We had booked at £187 per week, it is now listed at £191. The price is inclusive of all utility services. The replacement student will have to sign fresh contract with the property management company.
