University protest camps evicted

The Universities of Birmingham and Nottingham have obtained summary possession orders against protestors who set up camps in the universities' grounds. The High Court rejected arguments from the protestors based on education statutes, the Equality Act 2010, and Articles 9 to 11 ECHR. The Court regarded any interference with the protestors' rights to be proportionate.
