Unicamillus university, Rome for medicine or second faculty Charles UniversityPrague

I have an offer for Unicamillus university in Rome and Charles second faculty,in Prague.

Can’t make the decision, please advise if anyone has got any experience either of the university.

Charles is a public and unicamillus is a private university and fees for unicamillus is slightly higher but if that’s not a major concern what would you advise ?

I like Rome as a city to study more but Charles uni has better ranking so very confused ?

Also prefer learning Italian than the Czech language but the second faculty has got hospital attached to it .. so confusing !

Please help !
