Sixth form bag recommendations

I’m starting sixth form in September, what type of bag would be best? I need one that will fit my laptop as well as books and other things I might need, so I’m not sure if a tote type bag or a backpack is better. Any recommendations would be helpful!

I'm looking for a bag too lol, I think a backpack is better for your bag and more comfortable- I particularly like the north face borealis bags because they're very supportive and seem to be highly rated. I'd suggest maybe ordering from somewhere with free delivery and returns to test the bags out.
