My maintenance loan is £0

I’ve just gotten a letter from student finance with my payment breakdown and apparently i’m just not getting a maintenance loan? I do have an overpayment from last year that they’ll take off, but i’m entitled to a lot more than that so i should have plenty left. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, it doesn’t and I have requested the maximum and given them all evidence.

Can you please tell us more about the evidence you've provided, is it from your parents?

If so, have they had any e-mails to say that we need anything else at all?

Yes, its from my parents. They submitted a form they were sent, and haven't heard anything since.
