Masters - Speech & Language Therapy or Social Work

So I’m currently enrolled as a first year student on MSc Occupational Therapy. But after 5 months of the course, I want to switch to MSc Speech and Language Therapy or MA Social Work. All these courses are at Leeds Beckett University. Will I be entitled to SFE masters funding and tuition loan etc? I originally switched from MA counselling to MSc Occupational Therapy, and want to change again. Is this a problem? I have submitted my application from all the above, and have heard back from SLT regarding a need for extra information on my personal statement. Can anyone advise me?

Just to check, are you currently receiving a Postgraduate Loan for your current course?

If you are already receiving a Postgraduate Loan then we would not usually pay another Postgraduate Loan to you. Are you sure you are not getting undergraduate funding even though it is a postgraduate course? Do you get the Maintenance Loan as well as the Tuition Fee Loan? When would you start the new course?

The Speech and Language Therapy course you want to do now would still be classed as an exception course so you can apply for the Tuition Fee Loan, Maintenance Loan and Supplementary Grants if applicable to you.
