Tell Us About a Situation Where You Solved a Problem...
What Do You Think Are the Most Important Qualities To Succeed in the Role...
How would you deal with a irate/angry customer......

You will get a chance to ask them questions at the end of your interview so if you have any questions you want to ask them then do so.

Just note that your hours you have applied to work might not be offered to you as you could get offered different hours and days so make sure you are happy about it before accepting if successful ok.

Another thing to note is regarding pay - you are generally paid slightly less than the actual rate for the job ( don't panic about it) as they do that to all new employees for the first twelve weeks ( classed as your probation period) and then you will hopefully be offered a permanent job with Tesco.
