With those subjects, at university you can do most types of engineering, Computer science, mathematics, natural sciences etc. Also most humanities subjects (Geography, Law, Politics, International relations) are also open to your subjects. For example i know someone who does Law at LSE with Physics, Math and Chemistry.
From those degrees you can do a wide range of careers. Often people think your degree will dictate your life, but in reality it's not so restrictive.
One of the biggest factors i've seen in terms of careers is whether you choose a numerate degree or not. A lot of the sciencey jobs require a numerate degree (maths, engineering, physics) etc..
Unless you have a clear career progression in mind don't be too stressed.
