Spring weeks for engineering students

I’m about to start first year of university as an electronic/electrical engineering student and wanted some guidance for applying to spring weeks? I can’t seem to find any for engineering so thought I’d ask here for some help. I also know applications can start quite early, hence why I’m checking now but I still can’t seem to find any openings. Thanks in advance for your help!
