Missed deadline for Masters

I just realised I have missed the deadline to provide extra information on a masters course that I applied for. It’s MSc Speech and Language Therapy, at LBU. I was told to add a longer personal statement, perhaps an extra paragraph. I didn’t realise and it’s been 5 months since then. I’ve been rejected due to missing the date. Although I wasn’t aware, is there anyway I can fix this? Or is there anyway I can still get onto the course? I’ve been told the course has now closed for applications, but I had already applied?

Nothing you can do if the deadline was five months ago. Best to prep for the best application you can muster in the next cycle.

Thanks for your reply. The advice team said I could potentially give my personal statement in again, and wait on the waiting list.
