Entry requirements for Studying Dentistry in Bulgaria (Europe) (Plovdiv) (Sofia) etc

Hello there,

I am from the UK and want to do dentistry in Bulgaria or anywhere in Europe that teach dentistry in English.

However none of theses universities actually clarify any entry requirements. Some just ask for biology and chemistry or require a Entry exam.

Please, people who applied to universities such as Sofia, Plovdiv, etc let me know. As I haven't done that well In my A-Levels and still want to continue to become a dentist.

hey there i am studying in slovakia at the moment, fourth year dentistry

we had an entrance exam

they need gcses and a levels but so long as you haven't failed anything, that's basically the only requirement

I'm applying for dentistry at Sofia. They require entrance exams in; english, biology and chemistry a total of 2 hours. In terms of you a-levels, biology and chemistry will be used towards your final ranking. If your sitting with A's and B's you will be fine however if you have a mix of B/C i would say you need to aim to score full marks in the entrance exam. Do speak to an agency as they can help you out with your options!

Hi. I heard that my agency just said they are no longer taking GCSEs for Sofia. Did you get told anything about this at all??

I’m not sure actually did you get told anything? I just asked on behalf of a family member and they said that they would require both GCSE’s and A levels. However i know there’s a fair bit of people that applied with only GCSEs this year so im not sure what the story is.

Hi how far did you get with your research. I wanted to apply direct as the fee going through agency is expensive
