Do I need to resit my Computing GCSE

Hello! I've recently been working towards a career change and am going forward to study A levels in Maths, Chemistry and Biology and am planning to go into Computer Science for univerisity. However my only issue is when I did my GCSEs I somehow hyper flopped Computer Science - I got a 4 in it. Will it be necessary to redoing the Computing GCSE if I want to get into good universities for computer science? Because of course I am very willing to put in the work and redo those GCSEs. Thanks!

Check the entry requirements for each individual degree, but from the top of my head no.

The key A Level is usually Maths. Computer science at neither A Level nor GCSE is really mentioned.

Having said that, I would brush up on your programming skills to prepare for the degree. If your programming skills are somewhat lacking, then you might struggle a whole lot through the degree.
