Some will. Some won't.

It depends on the grades, the degree course and the uni.

Which degree subjects are you interested in?

Its also worth looking at apprenticeships :
Find an apprenticeship - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Royal Navy | Apprenticeships (mod.uk)
Careers - Dealer Apprenticeship Programmes - Renault UK
etc etc

Civil Engineering.

It would be worth looking at universities asking for bs and cs as they might accept dropped grades.

Have you considered adding a foundation year to the start of the degree to lower the entry requirements? There are plenty of such courses out there, for example:

Civil and Environmental Engineering (with Foundation Year) at University of West London; they want DDD. Details.

Civil Engineering (Extended) at University of Greenwich; they want 64 UCAS Tariff points. Details.

Civil Engineering (including Foundation Year) at University of South Wales; they want 48 UCAS Tariff points, or DD. Details.

Civil Engineering (with Foundation Year and Optional Year in Industry) at Teeside University; they want 88 UCAS Tariff points. Details.

Civil Engineering (with Foundation Year) at University of Central Lancashire; they want 64 UCAS Tariff points. Details.
