I’ve completed first year of adult nursing wanting to now change to social work would I have to start this from year one again or would i be able to continue from second year

Its a professional degree - you would have to complete all of it for accreditation.
Think about it, if Year 1 was optional, why would anyone else need to complete it?

Yes I’m aware of that but I know some courses after you’ve completed first year you can transfer to a different course and continue from second year.

You have to complete all of the course. No short cuts.
