He almost got JFK'd. The fact that there are people out there wishing he hadn't survived is beyond messed up. Don't understand how some people can be so evil.

The dislike and apathy towards Macron is very real in France, but I don't think there's many who would rejoicing if he were to be killed.

These coming US elections are to be, by far, the most divisive in living memory.
I mean, I don't have a working right ear

Now I have might have something in common with Donald

Can someone pass me a bucket? :puke:

Sounds pretty understandable to me. A lot of people would prefer not to live under the constant threat of a would-be fascist autocrat who's already attempted one coup against American democracy being in power again.

Evil is evil. There's nothing understandable about it. Do you feel the shooter was justified in having killed a bystander? Was that understandable?

Also please explain why Trump is a fascist.

Now there's a question I'd like an answer to...

Shame, you won't get any coherent answer from anyone on here.

I didn't say anything about justifying the shooter, by the sounds of things he was a crazed weirdo, I said I understand the people who'd prefer if Trump wasn't around any more. As I said, he's already attempted one coup.

If you want an example of why people might consider Trump a fascist or close enough not to matter, here's one.

Crazed weirdo is an understatement.

The shooter looked like a typical liberal, Biden supporter.

That's odd, he was violent idiot so he had more in common with a typical Trump supporter. Hey-yo...

And yet was a registered Republican voter with a proud boy fetish by the sound of things.
RIP Corey Comperatore.
His final act was to protect his wife and daughters, getting them safely down to the ground moments after Trump was shot.

Mr. Comperatore was a retired fire chief for Buffalo Township.
Here is a tweet from his daughter Allyson:

Yeah RIP, regardless of why his family came out that day it's a senseless tragedy for them.
It's been a whole day now, by his own rules Trump should really just "get over it" 😂

Damn he was a firefighter ☹️
No politician should face violence or threats against their life regardless of their political views. It is not something we should tolerate in society, it is miraculous that he was not killed.

That said, I have absolutely no sympathy for him. Trump has spent his entire political career feeding the flames of division and nurturing extremists within his party.
Secret service was useless. Rittenhouse would have done a better job than the SS protecting trump.

How can people report a a guy with a gun on the roof and nothing happen with this info.

In the hours immediately following the shooting, news reported that threats of political violence from Trump supporters spiked online. Now that the shooter is known to be a registered Republican who comes from a family of Republicans, they changed their tune to "well, regardless of party, this is bad". Haha

A republican that donates money to the Democrats. Something doesn't add up.

He's a Republican that hated Trump. Just like Liz Cheney, a life-long Republican who supported Biden.
