Joe Biden said it was time to put Trump “in the bullseye”.

I hope the posters here keep the same energy and treat this statement how they would if Trump said it.

Biden needs to stay at home and let the big boys do what they do best.

Biden explains the context of the comment and apologises here.

The difference between Trump and Biden is that Trump would never apologise for anything, ever, and when Trump says idiotic stuff he means it literally because he’s a simpleton.

Biden only apologising once Trump has experienced a near-death experience. Standard behaviour from him.

The image of Trump surviving a free bullet shot at him will be the most iconic image in American politics this century. Trump’s legacy will never die which will anger many of his haters like yourself.

I’m sure many of the Democrats will be hiding behind their pillows knowing that Trump will become president again.

This is a nonsense. Using an metaphor of someone or something "being in your sights" or that you are "targetting" someone or something isn't inherently a call to violent action. In light of recent events, of course it is comes across as tasteless, but there was certainly no need for him to apologise beforehand.

I mean goodness me, there were concerns about Trumps allusions to violence back in 2016. Presumably he spent lots of time apologising for that? None, Oh, okay.

I'd agree that it is iconic. But Obama's 'Hope' poster and the image taken of him during the Bin Laden operation will likely be more enduring. Most of the media now already seems to have moved on to Trump's VP pick.

Trump doesn't anger me btw. I find him amusing. "Trump’s legacy will never die" is such a weird comment I'm not even sure how to address it. Yes, he'll probably have a long lasting legacy, not for good reasons, but meh.

Evil is evil. There's nothing understandable about it. Do you feel the shooter was justified in having killed a bystander? Was that understandable?
Also please explain why Trump is a fascist.

"Evil" is a subjective and emotive concept.
Some people (like many in Trumps core support) think things like homosexuality is "evil".
Others might claim that such virulent homophobia is "evil".

"Fascist" has become something of an umbrella term for repressive, right-wing authoritarians.
To turn the question round - do you think that Trump would not be a repressive, right-wing authoritarian president? He has admitted as much himself.
Even under the classic political definition, Trump certainly fits some elements (far-right, authoritarian, nationalist, promotes political violence, rejection of democratic processes).

Now there's a question I'd like an answer to...
Shame, you won't get any coherent answer from anyone on here.

See above.

It's been a whole day now, by his own rules Trump should really just "get over it" 😂

I'm waiting for Alex Jones to claim the casualties were "crisis actors".

No politician should face violence or threats against their life regardless of their political views. It is not something we should tolerate in society, it is miraculous that he was not killed.
That said, I have absolutely no sympathy for him. Trump has spent his entire political career feeding the flames of division and nurturing extremists within his party.

As well as shilling for the firearms inductry.

A republican that donates money to the Democrats. Something doesn't add up.

He made one $15 donation in 2021, when he was a teenager too young to vote or register with a party. The donation was to a Democrat-linked group who campaign to get young people voting. He did not donate to the Democratic party. He has only ever registered with one party - Republican.

Some of his social media posts have since leaked. They are pro Biden/Democrat posts.

Firstly, the account is not confirmed as Crooks'. So far it is just a claim by the CEO of the SM platform in question, who is a know alt-right supporter.

Second, they aren't really pro Biden/Democrat posts. There are a few from 2021 that are are mostly about specific immigration policies, and the turnout at the election. None of the posts voice support for the Biden presidency or the Democratic party, they are just as easily explained by a Republican unhappy with Trump (of which there are many). Of course, the right wing media is trying to spin it as something it isn't.
