It’s certainly possible but you’d have to work very very hard to achieve this. Id suggest using Cognito. Go through each lesson- watch the video and make notes, do the questions and then teach the topic to someone else. This is how I revised for science at gcse and it’s very effective, for me anyways.

Ofc it's possible, but first review your current revision status and try to change it. Do you find one science harder than the other? Maybe it's required practicals?

Pay attention well in lessons (ik it sucks, but it saves so much time trying to understand it from scratch again and u don't need to make notes).
Gradually build your science practice and keep it consistent during non-exam period (by doing Kuizical randomly to check your knowledge and doing the Cognito lessons to learn the content you don't know yet before just diving into exam practice).

Then for revision resources, try Cognito and PMT together (I'm in Year 10 too doing triple science, and these are the main if not the only resources I use, and I got Grade 7 in all the science mocks and I just do Cognito regularly (its fun ig) and I only properly do past papers a few days before the assessment day lol on PMT after watching the 1 hour long entire science videos on YouTube - so ig it's more about consistency and regular practice to brush up on your knowledge than doing all the websites in the world, as GCSE Triple Science is pretty repetitive and u can learn how the examiners want u to answer by tailoring to the mark schemes).

Finally, ask your teachers for help on your situation before the summer holidays start and they'll guide u onto what u should do next.
-Trust me, all you have to do to get Grade 6 is to understand the content well, so if u don't get a question right then watch a Cognito or Freesciencelessons video on the topic, and use the keywords in exam questions that the examiners want in your answer (they're quite picky on this, particularly on the 6-mark questions).

A final tip would be to do the Cognito lesson before your science lesson that day if u know what topic in the chapter you'll be learning that day (only takes 5 mins while eating breakfast lol) - saves u from walking in totally unprepared and you can focus on writing notes and exam practice in the lesson instead!

Hopefully this was helpful, ik my writing was everywhere but if u need anymore help just ask! You can totally do this 🙂

Btw, what exam board are you doing? I'm doing AQA

There isn't a certain number of hours to revise daily, depending on if its's exam period, but during the summer holidays prioritise more hours for the science ur least confident in. I would say maybe an hour or two max, and alternate the subjects on different days. Also, if you don't like sitting down for long periods of time (I'm a culprit of this) then do one revision session in the morning and one in the evening - use the Pomodoro technique to avoid getting distracted.

When school starts, I only revise before skl if there's an assessment coming up or if I haven't done my hw, but always prioritise hw after skl before starting ur independent revision. Find what times of the day when ur revision is most effective, 30 mins to an hour is best for daily practise as ur already tired from skl, and revise for longer on weekends. Ofc some days I don't revise at all and just do hw to avoid myself from getting burnt out. Remember quality is better than quantity.

During exam period, time yourself doing full exam papers on alternate days (which can be longer sessions, about 1hr 45 mins on skl days) and the next day u can mark and watch the Cognito videos. Take one thing at a time as it will help you understand better, take regular breaks and make sure to fuel your body. Hope this helps!
