Postgrad at Oxford

I was wondering whether anyone knows what the process of applying and being accepted for Mst Creative Writing at Oxford is like? Also, is it quite competitive, reliant on grades or more experience based?
Oxford are also asking to apply a year before the graduation date, but my grades atm aren't the best and I don't want this to affect my application.
