There has always been a balance. Plus, Democratic appointments do not flout legal consensus in favour of extreme partisan agendas, as we have seen Trump appointees doing.

This is simply not true. You need to study the leaning of the USSC over the years based on the makeup of the Justices. It is now leaning conservative because of the number. You cannot try shout foul play when the Justices were selected by a democratically elected President.

No one has claimed that Trump "is Adolf Hitler". The argument is that they both employ similar political techniques and rhetoric (Big Lie, dehumanising opponents, using the courts to grant themselves excessive power/protection, accusing minorities of "poisoning the nation's blood, etc) . And as usual, you are unable to present a cogent counter argument (note - you are expected to address the actual argument that is being made, not some flimsy straw man of your own fabrication).

What are you talking about? There are several examples of Dem controlled SCOTUS that made controversial decisions.
For example, the controversial Roe vs Wade that intervened in the abortion debate resulted in decades of legal precedence until it was reversed by the recent SCOTUS.

the so-called Big Lie that Trump has been accused of is that the election was stolen. Hitler’s Big Lie was hatred of Jewish people and other minorities. Both different things.
Both political parties use dehumanising language and the Democrats have called Trump supporters fascists, bigots and unwanted.
Using the courts to grant themselves poor is silly. All parties have appointed judges. Trump was lucky to have 3 options. Yet you are annoyed that he had that chance. Did you want him to appoint left-leaning Justices to appease you?

It does not matter what the nature of the "big lie" is. It is the fact that Hitler invented the principle, and Trump is a most devout practitioner of it (btw he is recorded as having lied over 30,000 times while in office).
It is irrelevant what random individuals call people they oppose. We are talking about what The (ex/future) President of the United States is calling his opponents. Surely you can appreciate the difference? (no, you probably can't)
