Cheapest international medical school all costs 5 years?

I'm a UK citizen. I haven't got into any medication school in the UK. I'm 21 almost and have no plans for any other careers then medicine. Any recommendations of schools where the total cost and accommodation etc will come to £20-25k in total for all 5 years?

Try other European countries like Georgia, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland ?
