Accounting and Finance

I just got my predicted grades (IB) : Math AA HL 7, Comp Sci HL 7, Business HL 7, Economics SL 7, English Lang Lit SL 7, Hindi B SL 7.
My school does not offer core points predicted so my predicted is basically 42/42. I want to apply for BSc Accounting and Finance, especially LSE since that is my dream. The LSE website says A-Level Accounting is preferred so in that case, should Business be preferred for me too, since IB does not offer 'Accounting'? Do I have a good chance?
This is very late but you definitely have a really good chance, if your school doesn't offer Accounting it should be fine to take Business!! On another note, I'd like to ask how did you get predicted a 7 for Math AA HL: As in, how many hours did you study per week/day, which resources did you use, was the textbook useful, how did you master some of the harder questions? Thank you !!

lol no worries. i would say i grinded around 9-10 hours before each class test and studied around 1-2 months before the exams that we had for predicted. i didn't use a textbook: just revision village and ExamMate. I got most of the hard questions through my teachers at school, friends or GPT. but the very very hard ones i left hoping it wouldn't come.

Thank you for the info!! Do you think it's really tough to get predicted a 7? I just had my first class test and it did not go that well, got a high 4- will this be of a lot of influence w my PG if I improve a lot in the next test?

It is tough yes I mean you're taking the hardest math course in the IB. this one test won't matter a lot but you need to maintain a high consistency of 7 or 6+ to get a 7 predicted.
