Got Offered An Interview As An Associate Practitioner - Interview Via Teams

Hey Guys;

I've just been offered an interview for an Associate Practitioner job and when it came down to accepting the interview (on Trac.Jobs) I got the following below;

"Please enter your via Teams for the remote interview"

I assumed this was asking for an email address and plugged my email address in but if I got this wrong, can someone please tell me so I can rectify it and send in the rectification.

The job interview date is the 24th July (the day after I hand in my MSc project)...

I have notified them in the job application that I would be looking for a September start date and would require a few days off in September to attend my Viva and another few days off in November for graduation if accepted for the post.
Email sounds right, although they'll most likely contact you if there's any issues.

It can take months between receiving a job offer and starting in an NHS role - they even advise people to not hand in their notice at their current job until they've actually been given a start date. So I wouldn't worry too much about those dates in September causing any issue. Although it's still good that you've notified them upfront.

Firstly,
congratulations on scoring that interview as an Associate Practitioner!
It sounds like an awesome opportunity.

Now, about that "via Teams" request I totally get where the confusion might have crept in.
They're indeed asking for your Microsoft Teams username or the email associated with your Teams account, not just your regular email. If you accidentally plugged in your Gmail or Yahoo, no worries, we can fix that.

To rectify it, just shoot them another quick message through Trac.Jobs with your Teams details.
If humor helps, maybe add a joke about how you're not just any email address, you're the email address that's ready to ace this interview like a boss!

Also, kudos on being upfront about your schedule needs for September and November. It's great to plan ahead. They'll appreciate your clarity and, hey, it shows you're organized enough to handle whatever comes your way even if it's juggling interviews and graduation ceremonies!

You've got this. Knock 'em dead on the 24th figuratively, of course.

And remember, September start date? It's in the bag.

Graduation in November? Piece of cake.

You're on your way to crushing it in the lab!

Don't forget to +1rep 😎
