University of kent annual flex meal plan

Hi there! As an international student at the University of Kent, how do you find the campus food?
Also, would you recommend the Annual Flex Meal Plan for someone who prefers not to cook often?

Hi there

I have just finished my final year at Kent. I lived in part-catered accommodation (which includes the meal plan) in my third year, and found it quite good to use. 🙂

My reason for choosing this Annual Flex Meal plan was to save more time for my studies and any assignments/ commitments I had. Not cooking definitely saved me a lot of time, not only time to cook, but also time used to buy groceries etc. There are quite a range of food outlets and options across campus, which are also affordable. So if you are not considering cooking often, it is definitely a viable option. 🙂
