Why do I have an accomdation payment before I start uni?
So the contract starts on 21st of septemeber which is when uni begins. This will be my first year. I'm sorting out my accomidation right now and why does it have a payment for the 1st of August even though I wouldn't have my results yet or even be attending the university

I've tried calling them and no answer.

Can you leave a message? Have you emailed them too? I am sure they will be able to respond to you and explain the breakdown of payments - JD

I've looked for an email to contact them I can't seem to find one . The accommodation service is student roost

You could try contacting the main University number and ask for the details - JD
