It is allowed to be sad and it is a big decision, what to do after sixth form, BUT it is not that big and you will have several chances to redirect your life, in case you make the wrong choice.

Look that you get enough sleep and eat regularly. To avoid, that you might get into a downward spiral.

Get a light alarm clock.

Find something to occupy yourself, and if it is a stupid, super easy job, just to give yourself a routine and the feeling "Yeah, I did this today.".
