Look that you get enough sleep and eat regularly. To avoid, that you might get into a downward spiral.

Get a light alarm clock.

Find something to occupy yourself, and if it is a stupid, super easy job, just to give yourself a routine and the feeling "Yeah, I did this today.".

If you miss studying, learn a language, do a first help course, do a driver license (car, tractor, maybe a professional one for wheelloader?), ...
