Geography NEA Regeneration

Anyone know if it’s possible to do an NEA based on the upcoming regeneration of a town? The building work has not started but plans are all in place. Not sure how I would word a title around it. There has been a lot of opposition as it’s going to add 3000 plus houses to a small town.

you could title it "How is the proposed regeneration of town ? going to impact X?"

You need to specify what you are investigating, and limit it to one thing or a group of similar variables e.g.:

How is the proposed regeneration of town ? going to impact Social cohesion?
How is the proposed regeneration of town ? going to impact Environmental quality?
How is the proposed regeneration of town ? going to impact socio-economic status?
How is the proposed regeneration of town ? going to impact place-making?
