did i pass?

I haven't received my IAL EDEXCEL BUSINESS exam results yet. It's been a year and my center hasn't requested a cash-in yet.
Now when requesting my report card person keeps stating that if the candidate has not passed the certificate is not generated while also requesting an amount of money to have it generated. I have gotten an E and above in all my units so I'm having trouble understanding if I have passed or not.
