Can I ask how likely you are able to get in to a clearing course with the grades that are advertised on the course, is it all about first come first serve ?

When it comes to clearing, places will be awarded first come first served provided you have met the criteria outlined on the website. Compensating grades may be considered when applying for a place through Clearing. For example, where a programme requires grades of BBB over 3 A ‘Levels, we may consider an applicant who has achieved ABC over 3 A ‘Levels. Specific subject requirements will still need to have been achieved at the grade advertise.

We will be able to accept applications through our webform from 8am on Results Day - we will only take applications through our webform so best to complete this rather than wait to speak to an Adviser unless you have specific questions which might impact your likelihood to apply.

I hope this helps, do let us know if you have any further questions we can help with.
