Hi @Tessa_Mitchell,

I’m Q, a Media Production student at Bournemouth.
Whilst I don’t study at AECC Bournemouth, I do have some knowledge of what it is like to live and study in Bournemouth.

Bournemouth is a lovely city to study in, as most things are designed with the students in mind.

All of the universities are quite close to each other, and not too far away from town and all of the other amenities. There is lots to do in town, from places to eat, activities and shops, and having easy transport connections means you can easily get to other places such as Poole, Weymouth, Reading and Southampton for example. The student Unibus pass also makes traveling in Bournemouth and surrounding areas so accessible and affordable. In addition, there being lots of cafes around also makes it nice to study somewhere that is off campus.

Bournemouth University does also have a range of societies that many extend memberships to AUB and AECC Bournemouth students, so you can meet a range of students that might not be at your university.

Bournemouth in general is also a nice city. It is quite a busy city, but also has its moments of calm, which makes it an all around nice general atmosphere, and the beach and lovely views make it feel more relaxing.

Let me know if you have any questions.
