Not easy

What are you talking about? Don't listen to this person. I had my 1-day assessment today, and it was hard. The first interview was difficult; the questions they asked were tough. The second was a test. A few of my candidates struggled with the email questions in the test, I did not know what to write. The third interview had more questions, especially about LGBTQ. When I asked the candidate, they said they did not like those questions. I can see why many people don't want to join the Met because they make it hard for those who really want to join. Personally, I did not do great in any of my interviews. I can do the job, but sitting and answering difficult questions that all candidates struggled with today is frustrating. If you are late, you have to rebook. They only take 8 candidates at a time. If your appointment is at 10:40, they will only take 8 people on the day and tell you to rebook after wasting your time. PCSO should be an easy job to get into, but trust me, it's not.
