How to send your IB grades to UK universities using UCAS (URGENT!!!!)

Hi,

I wanted to send my IB grades to Manchester University by using UCAS but UCAS website specifies that I need to create an IBIS account (system). However, when I emailed the IB they responded to me that students do not have IBIS accounts and that I send my ib grades directly to universities. However, how would my university know that the IB grades that would arrive to them are from me if it is not linked to my UCAS, If someone has already sent their IB grades to their university by using UCAS, I would appreciate your help.

Your teachers needed to set up your IB exam entry months ago for your results to be passed to UCAS.
They can also release the results to your chosen universities through IBIS.

You need to speak to the exams officer at your exam centre.

You should contact UCAS by phone or via FB asap. They will ask for your full name, UCAS number and also your date of birth for verification. From that point on, they can see if your school had given prior instructions to IBO to send your results to UCAS, who would then forward them on to your universities. In this case, Uni of Manchester.

If the above has not been set up, then you will need to go to the IBO website to make a fresh request for your results to be sent to Uni of Manchester (a fee is involved and it can take awhile for IBO to send results to them). https://rrs.ibo.org/replacement_orders/index.cfm
