Independent Student? 24yr living with partner

Hi and thank you for any advice
Me and my partner are looking into how we can finance his second degree which will be Paramedic science at Wreham/Swansea September 2025 entry.
We moved in together in June 2024 in our own flat which we rent. He will be 24 at the start of the course.
He will be applying for the NHS Wales Bursery Scheme.
We will be living together in Wales in NHS accomodation (as I will be a Junior doc) and then buying a house together at some point that year hopefully.
Is there any way for them to take my income into account rather than his parents as it seems rather silly. Their website isn’t super clear as it says if you live with a partner they may take their income into account.

I know this is a really late reply to your post but thought I’d add my 2 pence. I’m a mature student at 30 and live with my wife and kids, if he’ll be living “on his own” (away from parents) they will take into account household income rather than parental income. That’s what they’ve done with me. I’m not wales I’m England but I’m starting this September, but generally the same circumstances. I own my house and my wife works full time, so more or less. Hope this helps.
