Graduates with Santander Banking

Hi,
My student account has gone to graduate account automatically.

They said I needed to send proof of graduation but have not shown me how, did anyone ever get asked to do this?

I'd expect the account to move automatically from being a student account to being a graduate account based on the length of your course; and that's something you'd have told them when you opened the account in the first place.

According to https://www.santander.co.uk/assets/s3fs-public/AD_documents/santander_edge_student_current_account_key_facts_document_bank0548jul24ipgcdt.pdf:

"When you complete your course, you’ll no longer qualify for this account. Unless we agree
something else with you, we’ll automatically transfer your account to a Santander Edge Grad
current account."
