Scottish Home Fee Status Without 3 Years Residency?
Hi everyone,
I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. Some of my friends were granted Scottish home fee status even though they hadn't lived in Scotland for the full three years before starting their course (some had only lived here for 2 years). Has anyone else received home fee status under similar circumstances? If so, what was the process or reasoning behind it?
