Related to A levels- subjects

hi there! i initially chose biology, chemistry and physics as my A level subjects. im one year down and my exams are in the coming June. but i was recently very skeptical about physics. i dont think i would be able to get my desired grade in it because i found it extremely tough. is there a subject suggestion someone could give me to keep instead of physics that i could easily prepare in these 10 months?

Sometimes pretending to yourself that you like a subject you dislike can help. Talking to your teacher/family/friends might help as well
Also remember A Levels are meant to be hard, so don't feel too disheartened if you're struggling. STEM subjects have a lot of memorising & application, so I recommend watching videos on topics you're struggling on then answering and then marking exam questions on them - maybe you could work together with a few friends?
I wouldn’t suggest taking a different subject but if you’re intent on it and your school agrees maybe environmental science might have some crossover with content.

As above, it is very unlikely you will be allowed to swap physics out for anything else. It would also be very unwise try doing a full A level in a year whilst you are getting through the year 13 content for bio and chemistry (there is a lot of content for both of these, so you would need to have very good time management to start a new subject on top of these).

Whilst A level maths can be done in a year and often is, it is usually by year 12’s also taking FM (i.e those very invested in maths) and so even swapping physics for maths would most probably be an unwise idea, unless you happen to just be insanely good at maths.

If it is of any comfort, I did A level physics and the second year of the course was much more interesting than the first. I actually did better in the second year than the first on most of my assessments as I much preferred the year 13 material.
