What do you want in a college? The engineering department is closest to Queens or Pembroke out of the ones you've listed, but the city is tiny, so it won't make much difference.

Trinity Hall moves out all of its second years to live offsite (college housing, not main site) which could be something to consider, and Jesus is massive (good accom, as far as I know).

Honestly, depends on what you want - they do cram in a lot of content, so you do get a good overview, but if you want to do something niche, may not be the best. Have a look at the open days and ask questions (also, course websites) - I'm not an engineer so can't answer to that (physicist here).
