Mature vet student 2024 (Liverpool)

Hi! I am starting veterinary science at university of Liverpool this September. Just wanted to see if there was anyone else who already has an offer? Not for anything in particular, but would be nice to have other people to get excited/nervous with ha!
I’m 24 and already from Liverpool so I’ll be living at home, so could also answer things about living in Liverpool, as I’ve been here all my life. Could also answer any application/ interview questions if anyone is applying.

Hi! I am applying to the foundation vet year at liverpool uni this coming September... can anyone on this thread give some advice on the interview? the only info I have to far is that it is via teams/zoom. what sort of questions did they ask? would appreciate any help!!x

It will be a full vet degree interview not just for the foundation year. There’s plenty of articles / videos online to help you prepare

Hi Sophie! I’m also a mature student starting in 2025 (28 F). Looking forward to meeting! Would also love to hear any experience from the previous class on being a mature student and how it was to fit in with peers!

Would also love to hear if anyone had any tips/advice on finding this degree as a second degree. From what I have read, there isn’t much available 😢
