PIP evidence for special support loan

hi, a few months ago i uploaded supporting evidence on student finance of my PIP entitlement stating that i get it from 2023-2026. today i had an email stating that:

"The benefit evidence you sent us does not show that you’ll be eligible to
receive benefits during the academic year. This means we can’t accept it as
evidence in relation to Special Support.
We need you to send us a photocopy of evidence showing your entitlement to
benefits for a period within the academic year."

i'm going to uni in september so i definitely get PIP whilst i am there. i dont know what other evidence i should send as the only document i have that states the years i get PIP is the one i've already sent. should i just upload the other PIP documents that say what points i get where? since i dont have any others that state the dates

Hi Robyn,

Do you have a payment schedule with dates you'd receive PIP?

Thanks,
Ross

Not a schedule exactly but my document I uploaded says I get pip from December 2023-December 2026 every 4 weeks on a Tuesday.

Thanks Robyn.

The evidence should be acceptable. If you contact us directly we can refer it to be reassessed.

You can either, access the live chat on your online account which is available between 9-6 Mon-Fri or call 0300 100 0607.
