I need help with this IDEA silver maker resolution badge

I started doing the final task for the IDEA silver maker badge. It teaches about resilience and asks you to do a series of proof reading and fixing typos. I really need help with this, I've been stuck with this for a while now! It's the one where it says "we have called your support line." It's where you have to create an email with the words given.
