What what I read, it's not clear what caused them. Disturbance involvong people, care workers and children, with the decision made to remove the case workers and children because of the emerging disorder. All a bit vague and not a great look. I suspect the local people didn't like the idea of the State interfering in familial affairs? However, I also suspect given the 'community' of people that sadly there might have been a reason for the State to play it's hand in such a way, but this is just speculation. We may or may not get a clearer picture, but when you have hundreds of people on the street... burning public transport in my eyes seems to indicate that there were some hooligans around who saw an opportunity to stir the pot of chaos alongside what was already going on.
