I’ve got a room available for a sublet/tenancy takeover until early September. It’s an en-suite room located in Bermondsey and is available anytime from this weekend till September 6.

It’s part of a student accommodation and also features a gym, social space, and laundry room. The area is really safe, walkable, and the building’s got round the clock security and surveillance.

It’s located in zone 2 and has great connections to central (10 minute walk to Bermondsey tube station, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 minute bus ride to Elephant and Castle tube station) so would be perfect for students looking for a place to stay this summer while working or doing an internship!
