Hey everyone, I'm new to this thread. Just made it through to the virtual assessment day of the impact finance scheme! Does anybody else in this position want to do a bit of preparing/planning together?

im down. did u want to do a groupchat or something? on the email they said there are some support sessions available, but havent got a reply yet

does anyone how many grads does Impact/Impact Finance take in? Hundreds or is it like a couple of tens like most companies?

i think it varies by council, like if some councils are bigger and need more staff, but i saw someone last year say 45.

oh my, in the webinar prep sessions they said over 1000 ppl got invited to AC so this is way more competitive than I thought welp

At a singular council it’s 4 (at most) I believe. But across the entire programme it’s 200-300ish nationally
