they split the questions between the panel members in my interview! most of my attention was directed on the individual who asked the question, occasionally addressing everyone every so often.

for anyone who had an interview at Ealing council, did you also get told we could find out next week?

just had my interview and didn't feel very well. there was silence for a few seconds after answering each question and then someone on the panel just quickly moved on to the next question without any interaction. not sure if that’s just their style, but it made me a bit nervous.

I got told this at my council (not ealing) but are they allowed to announce it to us before the LGA officially does/ before 4th June?

I got Southwark!

last year people didnt get offers until the 21st of june...hope its earlier this year lol

haha i really hope it's not that late for us. supposedly 20th is the latest. on my portal under my council it's changed to 'application update' which i would guess means the council has already submitted their decision, praying that means a quick turnaround!

How many positions were there per candidates for the council everyone interviewed at?

1-2 would get hired, 6 interviewed including myself

Where did you interview for? I was under impression it was 2 candidates for 1 position
